I owned Michael Jackson's Moonwalker as a kid and really enjoyed playing it but before today I never beat it without dying, and on hard difficulty no less. Feels good! It's a fun game and I think the developers did a great job of capturing Michael's dance moves and incorporating them into the game as attacks. The background music is nothing but songs from the King of Pop which are all fantastically rendered as 16-bit tunes and never get old. I just wonder why they didn't use Thriller for the graveyard stages. Perhaps a rights issue or something?
This isn't a guide, walkthrough, or tutorial, it's just me playing through the game as best I can. What do you think of the game? Do you have any play tips, childhood memories, or interesting stories to share?
