The Beelink GTi13 Ultra is a mini PC powered by an Intel Core i9-13900HK processor and equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Beelink is taking a unique approach with mini PCs by allowing external GPUs to be connected via the EX Docking Station. Instead of using cables, the docking station connects directly through the bottom of the mini PC.

The GTi13 Ultra is part of a broad lineup of Intel i9-13900HK-powered systems. The processor clocks up to 5.4 GHz, featuring 14 cores and 20 threads, along with 24 MB of Intel Smart Cache. In the 3DMark Extended Benchmark, the mini PC scores 6,008 points. WiFi 6 ensures stable internet connectivity, while Bluetooth 5.2 enables easy pairing with external devices like controllers. Beelink lists the typical noise level at 32 dB, which is primarily reached during gaming or high-performance tasks. Generally, the GTi13 Ultra operates quietly, maintaining a cool and low-noise profile, as seen in its 3DMark score of 6,569 points.

The SSD used in this mini PC is a CT1000P3PSSD8, identified as a Crucial P3 Plus 2 PCIe SSD. In 3DMark's storage benchmark, it scores 3,214 points—almost 1,000 points above the average. The SSD delivers read speeds of 5,176.60 MB/s and write speeds of 4,732.97 MB/s.

Since the mini PC is designed to be upgraded with a dedicated GPU, its benchmark results without one provide useful insights. The demanding "Steel Nomad" test is nearly unplayable on a mini PC, achieving only 209 points and 2.09 FPS. The "Steel Nomad Light" version runs better but still not smoothly, scoring 1,432 points with 10.61 FPS. "Time Sky Extreme" results in 1,011 points, with the CPU scoring 5,750 and the GPU only 883. The more suitable "Time Spy Light" test gives the GTi13 Ultra 2,210 points, with a graphics score of 1,850 and a CPU score of 12,268. In "Fire Strike Extreme," the system achieves 2,976 points, with the GPU contributing 2,960 and the physics score reaching 28,496. Combined, the GTi13 Ultra scores 1,294 points.

Compared to other systems, the GTi13 Ultra performs similarly to the Geekom A6, with a slightly faster SSD. However, there is a $100 price difference between the two. The ability to upgrade the GPU could justify the price gap, but the GTi13 Ultra's superior cooling system is a definite advantage.

One of the practical design choices is the inclusion of a built-in 145W power supply, eliminating the need for an external adapter. Beelink includes a power cable in the package. On the front panel, there's a USB-A port, a card reader, and a fingerprint reader that also serves as the power button. A USB-C port allows for additional accessories, and a headphone jack is also present. The sides of the mini PC are solid, without ventilation slots, but a dust filter is located on the bottom to prevent dust buildup.

The internal speakers and microphones make the GTi13 Ultra suitable for office use. The microphones are positioned at the front, and Beelink has integrated a B1 AI chip to reduce background noise and enhance voice clarity for calls and meetings.

Expansion options include a PCIe x8 slot that can be used with the EX Docking Station to add an external GPU. RAM is also upgradeable, supporting up to 96GB of dual-channel DDR5 RAM at 5200 MHz. Unlike many mini PCs that limit internal storage to 4TB, the GTi13 Ultra allows for two SSDs via its dual M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slots.

The rear panel includes another headphone jack, four USB-A (USB 3) ports, a Thunderbolt 4 port, an HDMI output, and a DisplayPort 1.4 that supports 4K at 144Hz, whereas HDMI is limited to 4K at 60Hz. Above the ports, a wide cooling vent supports Beelink’s MSC 2.0 cooling system.

The front fingerprint reader also serves as a Windows login tool, working reliably in practice.

Beelink offers the GTi13 Ultra on its official website in different configurations. The version with 64GB RAM and a 2TB SSD costs $749, while the 96GB RAM model is priced at $839. However, the 96GB variant is currently only available for pre-order, whereas the 64GB model is not yet available for purchase.
