Beetrooper is one of those archetypes of which had some potential, but kinda fell flat to powercreep and to not good enough support. That's why we can must use it alongside the myriad of insect support out there. There are a lot of extenders on this deck and potential builds you can do with insects overall, this is the breakdown of what you can do with this list.

Beargram is a good board wipe, but it is also a fine link material if going first.

Any of the level 5+ monsters are easily searchable, so do it accordingly to where the game is (don't forget that Scary Moth is a good lock).

Contact "C" can screw many decks: it's a little risky, but highly rewarding against many decks. If you don't like risks, I'd recommend using Retaliating "C" (Which is a little bit situational, but at least it does not become potential link material to your opponent).

Absolute Hercules is the most situational card of the deck. It's good (even though his protection works for only 1 turn) to recycle Beetrooper cards from the grave, which can enable a lot depending on what you have on the GY.

This is the kind of the deck of which having some practice makes a huge difference on using it optimally. Insect-type decks have many weaknesses (as that is probably part of their theme, aside form the usual field swarming), so learning what can be done with what you have is really important to not screw your plays.
