Dinosaur Pile Deck (Post Animation Chronicle 2023, Feat. Megaplunder ) - EDOPRO Rpelays e Decklist
Dinosaur is quite a threat in the actual metagame, so I worked with it to make a (almost) pile deck with upcoming support. So, this time, I did this using cards from Animation Chronicle and The Dinosaur Expo 2023 Promotion Pack. Here's what the deck is supposed to do:
Megaplunder and Sabersaurus are better for the deck than Frostosaurus and Megalosmasher since Lithosagym can pop them both; that said, these two that are on the list rarely become bricks in the hand, even though they are normal monsters.
Transcendrake Meteoros is a good card going second, as it enables you to set up your GY and hand (through Souleating Oviraptor). Since this deck is better going first, we can use one copy as it is a useful card in some situations (even though being kinda niche)
Giant Rex and Kaitoptera are great cards on this deck, as Miscellaneousaurus can banish both to special summon something from the deck (Which trigger their banished effects, being basically a +3 advantage)
Scarp Engine because if you already have Xeno Meteoros in hand, then Scrap Raptor is a good target to further your plays (and to bring an Evolzar or Borreload, depending if you have another monster in your side of the field)
Lithosagym is really important, as it can pop the lil dinos on the hand or field and trigger their effects.
Lost World can be a hindrance to Kashtira, so depending on the case, I'd consider leaving the Jurraegg token there for some time.
Drawing just Ground Xeno + Babycerasaurus is enough to pull up a big board by itself (as shown in the first replay).
What you could consider for this list:
1 - Nibiru instead of Droll
2 - One more Petiteranodon (even though i find 2 the best, 3 does not hurt how the deck operates)
3 - Maybe using Evolzar Dolkka instead Transcendosaurus Drillygnathus
4 - Even though Horned Saurus is supposed to be used in conjunction to Kaitoptera, Magnum the Reliever can also be a potential (sometimes potentially better) target for Polymerization. Consider running him instead of Drillygnathus.
Side note: I did not post many lists last week because of my job. That said, this week i might not be able to upload a list on a daily basis again. That said, what i'll guarantee that I'll try to upload this week is a Battlin' Boxer Infernoble deck, a Beetroper (Insect Pile style) deck and if I have the time to, a Drytron deck.
