British Forces News has been given exclusive access to go behind the scenes at RAF Shawbury to find out what it takes to fly a combat helicopter.

RAF Shawbury has been used for military flying training since as early as 1917. Today it's the home of the Defence Helicopter Flying School and it trains up to 400 aircrew every year drawn from all 3 services.
