0Hunters camp is a tier 2 building so you'll need to build Village Hall prior to build this. Then you will need to assign a villager with high archery skill if possible.
I highly recommend to build far east if you start since there is a lot of animals to hunt.
Building it in a strategic area will allow you to get more preys and more mats in return.
Higher archery skilled villagers will allow you to use less arrows, thus, get more kills.
I highly recommend someone with strong stats with one hand weapon, Strength and agility just in case you have to fight wolves and boars in melee.
Better gears also enhance your chances to survive other threats.
