Best CPU Vs. CPU - Modifier: Handicap -TMNT Tournament Fighters - Part 4 of 11
For this video only; the in-game handicap will be used. Both characters start at 0 handicap. It increases by the amount of rounds the opponent has over them during the previous match. The higher the handicap, the more HP and attack power a fighter has. It only goes up a tiny bit in this game however, but fights can still become one-sided.
This is the forth video involving the experiment on "Watch" mode to determine who the strongest CPU Vs. CPU character is in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. All characters will be controlled by CPUs during every fight. Wins and losses carry over to the next video. It is also the last video without Gameplay Modifiers.
