Best CPU Vs. CPU - Modifier: No Time Limit - TMNT Tournament Fighters - Part 10 of 11
No Time Limit sets the Game Timer to infinite. So all fights are guaranteed to end in a KO. Additionally, Handicap also makes a return. But this time, match points don't matter, and a fighter will lose if their handicap goes over 7. Handicap still increases based on the amount of round wins the opponent has over the other.
This is the tenth video involving the experiment on "Watch" mode to determine who the strongest CPU Vs. CPU character is in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. All characters will be controlled by CPUs during every fight. Wins and losses carry over to the next video.

DEFAULT OPTIONS RULES:
- GAME LEVEL: 7
- GAME TIME: 60 second
- GAME SPEED: Normal
MORE RULES AND INFO:
- CPU Contestants are paired randomly until there are only 4 or less.
- Winning the standard TMNT Tournament Fighters match earns a point. 3 Points are required for complete victory! (Gameplay modifiers can override amount of points required.)
- Prior to part 7, CPU contestants had 2 Continues. A Continue is lost when CPU fighter fails to secure enough points. And it's Game Over for losing while having 0 Continues.
- As of part 7; continues were disabled, and every CPU fighter that was eliminated was brought back for a chance at a better placement.
- Double KO is a foul! If it occurs, the winning fighter will automatically lose any Tiebreakers until the next video.
- Matches in video #4 and onwards will apply Gameplay Modifiers to each match from there on out. Every modifier is selected at random. (See list of modifiers below)
- ALL CHARACTERS ALLOWED: Karai and Rat King are included despite being brokenly overpowered.
- BANNED STAGES: Back Alley and Non-Stage. All other stages are allowed due to CPUs having no frame rate issues.
GAMEPLAY MODIFIERS THAT COULD HAPPEN LATER:
-- HANDICAPPED: 5 Points to win. Everyone starts at the lowest Handicap, and it increases throughout each match as the opponent get's round victories over them.
-- SPECIALS / ULTIMATES ONLY [cancelled]: Winning a round earns a Point, but it doesn't count unless the final blow is a Command, Special or Ultimate. Defeating opponent with an Ultimate results in an instant win!
-- CHAOTIC STAGE: Stage changes every fight.
-- LOW TIME LIMIT: 5 Points to win, and Game Time changed to 30 seconds.
-- HIGH TIME LIMIT: Game Time changed to 90 seconds.
-- NO TIME LIMIT: Game Time changed to infinite.
-- QUICK MATCH: Winning a round earns a Point, and it's 5 Points to win.
-- DOMINATIOR: Points don't matter, and must win 3 matches in a row! Prepare for a long fight!
-- FROM THE GRAVE [cancelled]: Fighter with the lowest score get's challenged by a fighter that has already run out of Continues.
