Best CPU Vs. CPU - Modifier: Low Time Limit - TMNT Tournament Fighters - Part 6 of 11
Low Time Limit sets the Game Time to 30. Rounds will be really short today, and could result in a lot of Time Overs. The Match Points required for victory will also be increased to 5.
This is the sixth video involving the experiment on "Watch" mode to determine who the strongest CPU Vs. CPU character is in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. All characters will be controlled by CPUs during every fight. Wins and losses carry over to the next video.
