This video show you Scribble a free tool made by Juju Adams which allows to have an easy text renderer system for GameMaker Studio. The implementation of Scribble is quite easy with a local import and from that on you can use it for a regular font or even sprite fonts.

What can this tool do? You can chain on any positon of the text multiple commands that do cool effects like wobble, wave or standard operations to increase the text size or color a word. There is even a typewriter function included which is a godsend to an easy to use system for dialogs ingame.
