Not long ago Bethesda announced they would give customer's a replacement canvas bag after they sent a cheaper nylon bag for the Power Armor Edition. Customers had to go on Bethesda support, submit a ticket, and include their information as well as receipts of their proof of purchase.

When people started logging in, they weren't seeing just their ticket, they were seeing everyone's ticket, including name, address, phone and even some credit card details.

The issues just can't seem to stop, not only that we know have leaks of lootboxes as "lunch boxes" maybe coming to Fallout 76. This game may be over. Are you still playing? Do you want to still play after all this?
