Last year EA announced the return of Command & Conquer in the form of a mobile game. Although good, it wasn't quite what fans wanted. Fortunately it wasn't their only reveal that year so we were able to brush it off. This year they've come back to announce the development of proper C&C remasters being developed by much of the original team.

There is an interesting comparison to be made between what happened here with EA to what is happening now with Blizzard. We expect to see Blizzcon return to form next year with their own either 1) remaster or 2) hopefully Diablo 4 reveal.
