Beware of the Game Moderation Management of TruckersMP
14Over the events and communication I had with the Game Moderation Management of TruckersMP I openly show in this video what needs to be explained. The management had falsely labelled me as this bad representation to the team as someone who insults TruckersMP as a whole and that would use the tools of a GM for personal gain and use ban evidence content. Regardless after attempting to explain my side of the story to the management in feedback tickets and how respectful I was they look for excuses to cut the conversation when I mentioned the truth of my side.
Back in the end of August of 2020 I applied to be part of the Game Moderation team and I was accepted. As I was not aware of how much work there was for a voluntary job I had spent nearly everyday trying to get web and in-game reports processed for the required amount per time that drove in combinations of issues that consistently took more time off me and affected other platforms. While in January before I was promoted to a GM I nearly lost my YouTube channel due to processing web reports, as with such procedure given by the management and training just from doing the work given, a couple of users retaliated against the evidence attached to their punishments which was the same evidence they had sent in to report a user while in the evidence they had done something wrong, I had gotten emails from YouTube informing me the evidence I had downloaded and reuploaded we're taken down for copyright violation and received two copyright strikes, eventually this was resolved as I contacted the users. Regardless of that situation when the work was ultimately affecting my YouTube activity I picked up on the idea to begin streaming in-game moderator work which not only benefited me for activity but also got work done in-game as it was a win win situation that kept me motivated, that was until the management eventually requested me to take down those streams which I was not real pleased with, eventually this led to the choice of leaving the team even thou my decision on that was eventually set in May ultimately due to the work demand. After leaving the team I honestly felt freedom from the work and there was no way it was a voluntary job.
In June I wanted to discuss my experience of being within the team and explain why I left in a YouTube stream however by first contacting the management with a list of questions about what I could say in the public, they we're unfortunately not very specific and instead copy and pasted the rules that still applied to me, in their response they noted that based upon a-fore mentioned facts I was concluded to be in the team for personal gain only and that I was not willing to stay if I was not allowed to publish ban evidence for content. With what they had explained that was completely and utterly false, regardless of responding to the ticket explaining that I was not in it for personal gain they also declined the fact that I was threatened by a permanent ban by one of the managers via a conversation about ban evidence in Discord when at the time before I making my decision to leave the team I asked if I was able to keep the streams up and leave the team at the same time and the response I was given was that a permanent ban was probable via the involvement of the Project Coordination which gave me the reason to take down those streams. However after responding to the ticket regarding mostly about ban evidence I was informed by their next response that they will not discuss any of the rules simply because I'm not in the team anymore and would not let me have the chance to explain how ban evidence is treated, as they also noted in another response after I had responded pointing out the rules that still applied even after leaving the team making that considered as a contract for a job they replied with saying the internal rules no longer apply to me which then conflicts back in April at the time of leaving when I was told that a permanent ban was very probably for leaving those streams up as they so call ban evidence. In this case there is clearly a gap in their rules and whenever I mention it they do not seem to care or take notice.
In July I contacted the management again regarding to the previous ticket and requested a second opinion thinking that the managers had their own opinions however that was not the case, in part of what I had wrote they assumed I wished to be in the team again however my point then was just so I can get better communication with the management again. They also noted that regarding the stream where I discussed my experience of being within the team and why I left claimed that I was highly disrespectful to their team and insulted TruckersMP as a whole which was completely not true at all. It didn't matter that I responded again playing all the cards attempting to get my explanation and point across with the truth of my side as they simply ignored mostly everything I said and cut the conversation.
