BfA Shadow Priest! Spriests are seeing some significant changes in Battle for Azeroth. In this Shadow Priest BfA changes overview, we'll break down which Shadow Priest spells are getting pruned, which spriest abilities are getting UNpruned, shadow priest spell changes and a comprehensive look at changes to the Shadow Priest talent tree in BfA.

This video uses information and footage from the BfA Alpha. Battle for Azeroth is still under development, and Shadow Priests could continue to see changes before BfA goes live this summer. Exact data from this video could change, but overall it should give you a sense of what's changing for Shadow Priest in BfA.

The main changes coming to Shadow Priest in Battle for Azeroth are focused around a couple of spells. Void Eruption functions differently, damaging everything in a 10yd radius of your target, and only those mobs. Proper Mind Sear is unpruned, Leap of Faith is back for Shadow Priest and Mind Bomb will no longer stun. Void Torrent is now a talent, while almost the entire rest of the Shadow Priest artifact weapon traits have been pruned. Shadow Priest definitely feels a bit different on the BfA alpha but so far, I think the changes feel good.
