Bikkuriman 2000: Viva! Pocket Festival! on the Neogeo Pocket Color is one of 6 NGPC games that can be linked to a counterpart Dreamcast game (the DC game is sort of like a Mario Party offshoot). However, after playing this game for hours, I am stuck, do not know how to progress the gameplay, and cannot reach Area 3 where I believe the Dreamcast link option can be found.
I wanted to post this explanation stream because there is no information about this game anywhere on the internet. No FAQs, reviews, How-Tos... nothing!
Since it is entirely in Japanese and the random slot machine gameplay is very grindy and frustrating, I figured I would post this stream in hopes someone might know how to progress, or perhaps this might help if you wanted to start playing this game for yourself.
