This is the Neogeo Pocket Flash Linker, a 3rd party accessory that acted as the first flash cartridge for SNK's handheld console. Obsolete thanks to today's technology, this flash cart blew my mind as a kid even though it could only hold one game at a time. Also, after this video was posted, I was made aware the flash carts were available in 16mb and 32mb sizes (not sure if 8mb was available).
