BioShock Infinite - Battleship Bay
Escape the tower and land on Battleship Bay. Note that for this short duration, stealing will cause alerts. If you are sufficiently confident in guarding yourself from being ambushed, go ahead and kill the most heavily armed enemy first (you get to kill them in a surprise attack before they retaliate) and deal with the fallout. Afterward, you can loot everything with impunity.
Find Elizabeth dancing on the boardwalk. Head for the First Lady airship on Soldier's Field. Booker will encounter the Letuces on the boardwalk and you may pick either the cage or the bird. It should be noted your decisions may not matter in the end. Head inside the amusement facility's servants' entrance (employees). A storage room past some doors has items. The facility's servants' entrance has a storage room past some doors has a piece of random gear.
If you chose to strike Fink at the Raffle Square with the object, the couple will give Booker an extra piece of gear in the amusement center employee hallway. Three of the machines for Sightseer are available in the amusement center (if you missed them in earlier sections). Just to be safe, you can view them here.
Outside the amusement center, you can steal some more money (you may want to). Draw your weapon or demand tickets from the ticketmaster -- it will be the same outcome. Booker needs to fight the agents pursuing him and Elizabeth. Take one of their shotguns if you have a chance. That weapon is devastating (usually one-shots) on enemies at close range.
Weave through the enemies and plink 'em with your handgun or machine gun. Keep a shotgun close though (it's a great weapon for Hall of Heroes). Activate the trolley to the First Lady's aerodome in Soldier's Field.
