to think a Doom wad could in any way be actually creepy in this day and age , yet they sure did it here. Prepare to feel your spinal cord jiggle like a rattlesnake's nervous caboose as you warp between memories of a blue sky day to a mutated nightmare. This Doom wad certainly manages to be quite atmospheric, immersive, hypnotic, and downright unsettling in the most thrilling way. Definitely one of my all time favorites. Rarely do I mind getting lost and searching for keys. The twisted juxtaposition of green vegetation mixed in with mutated flesh architecture and wired industrial weavings make this world an intriguingly shocking arena. What horrific mysteries are suggested to the saucer-eyed minds of children who scratched the shelves dry of the scifi paperback section of the book stores in the early to mid 2,000's? We poured over scifi book after scifi book in search of worlds beyond the blackest veil. The movies never nearly got close enough to the mysteries of infinite potential, always falling short as they recycled the whirlpool of ideas which barely reached their proper future shock value potential that you could occasionally forage from the nichiest fringe anime or industrial music album that like 12 people remembered....The rest, as they say, were piles for the flies.

maps of intense scenic action pretty enough to paint a picture that will have
you itching to get out your gardening overalls after it's all said and done.
