Welcome to the first part of Bit. Trip Core! Today, we go through Discovery. In general, this game is HARD, but at least this first level kinda eases you into the flow. I advise sitting further back than usual when playing so you can focus on the beats coming from all directions. Other than that, I have no real strategy for this game, or even the boss (...which I have a hard time determining what game it references, if any), just stay calm, watch all sides of the screen for oncoming beats, and don't be afraid to use your bomb if the screen is getting crowded (and maybe cheese the rotation challenge by turning you Wiimote around to match the rotation...I HAVE NO REGRETS FOR DOING THAT).

Bit. Trip Core is pretty much an omni-directional shoot-em-up where you can't let a beat coming from one side of the screen escape to the other. The more beats you hit, the higher your power level goes (with Hyper being the standard, followed by Mega, then Super; in Super, your score continues to increase just for being in this level whether or not you hit any beats). Missing pixels lower your level, and if you miss enough, you enter the Nether level (and messing up here means game over). You control Commander Video by aiming with the directional buttons and shooting passing beats.

https://twitter.com/Capitalist111 Hi, I'm Capitalist111, but you can just call me Capitalist! I produce a wide variety of gaming content for Youtube every day. I do Let's Plays of my favorite games as well as games I feel get a bad rap or deserve more noteriety (with the occasional blind LP). No genre is off limits! You'll also find reviews, walkthroughs, quick looks at Indie games, Legend of Zelda lore, and random cool clips of whatever I might be playing at the moment. Sound good? Then stick around; you might see something you like!
