2Black Geyser - Couriers of Darkness is the new isometric RPG created by the GrapeOcean Technologies. The indiestudio is based in Budapest and Vienna. They enjoyed the classic isometric party-based rpg with pausable realtime combat like Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale and want to add their vision to the genre. The game has been crowdfunded on kickstarter and has an original world and rpg-system. One of the key elements is greed. If you are too greedy in your actions, you feed the bad god and the game becomes more challenging.
I let's play a build specifically created for the press which only includes the first chapter and a bit less sidequests. The game starts into early access on 26 August and you can enjoy 2 chapters right from the beginning. In a second EA phase, among other things, a third chapter will be added. The full release is scheduled for Q1 2022 and will feature four chapters.
