So this Boss has attack patterns...
However i completely ignore them whenever i tank this guy on my KFM because you can easily force him into a set pattern.
So whenever you stay on range against this Boss, he will shoot 2 volleys of fire / ice balls and then jump behind you.
As soon as he jumps behind you: (On Fire phase) Simply walk foward and turn around after a short time and block the fireball he channeled, after that he will once again start with the volleys and then jump behind you.
(On Ice) Well you can also run away from him, however he shoots the first ice attack fairly fast, thats why i usually just Q/E around him and then run to force him into his ranged pattern.

You might wonder why i just not simply attack the Boss instead of being lazy as i am now.
Well first off the Boss takes alot less damage with the shields that he got from his 2 Adds, so theres not much of a need to dps at this point.
Second our group usually does too much damage anyway (explain later), so i generally avoid to damage him too much.

So what is our approach on this Boss:
While i run around the Boss, the 3 other players bring the two Adds down to 70% HP, by doing so the Boss will loose his shield and we can properly damage him for a short period of time.
Be careful to NOT burn the Boss during the first phase to less than 41%, otherwise he will start the triple AoE attack again because you pushed him too hard.
This is also the reason why we do not use our Buffs (KFM and WL) on the first vulnerable phase, because we mostly ended up bringing the Boss down to 10-20%.
However he ended up spamming the AoE which caused death here and there.
Instead we just casually dps the boss during the first vulnerable phase to 40-50% and then burn him with both Buffs during the next phase to 0%.
The important hp marks are: 40% (Triple AoE), 20% (Triple AoE).

One last important Note for this fight would be to beforehand decide who does the first and second party protection for his triple AoE attack and to have a ranged class tank the Adds so that they do not interrupt your burst when the Boss is vulnerable (Melees would bring the Add along with them to the Boss.. annoying)
