This video shows my set rotation for killing Ironheart in an efficient manner.
Here i do not entirely focus on pushing for the fastest time (especially since you can see me using aerials xD), but on pushing more damage during his vulnerable phase.
Do note that finishing that aerial or grappling out of the air would put me into a 2x ground AoE from Ironheart and kill me before i can respond.

I would've also killed him faster if i didnt freeze him at the end, however i wanted to show you what to do if you do a bit less damage and need to push more damage during his second vulnerable phase.

And yes there is no use to having crit defense in PvE, i trashed my PvE bopae and only have my Infinity Tower set left, but i am too lazy to farm new pieces.
