It's really just an overhaul of the original Bladestorm with rebalances, faster combat, new mechanics and a fresh new look so It doesn't look like a late PS2 game on PS3. While the pacing Is fixed by making the game less grindy It does end up breaking the difficulty so you can just steamroll through everything with one unit with how fast you earn skillpoints.... unlesss those skillpoints came from my main save, then... oops.

As for the Nightmare mode, It's just a chapter based "Capture key points In the battle field per chapter with remixed units".
