Pass the bunker and continue to where you found the old rusty car.
Look at the Note
Use the Walkie Talkie at channel 3
Now Bullet managed to track down the key, take it and open the door
turn on the ignition, push the light switch
Fix the battery
Now, tune in on the radio and listen through what the presenter has to say.
This will give you a text on your cell with the correct combination for the bunker..
The combination is: 2 1 1 3
Ignore turning on the light, instead step out and head for the bunker instead.
Now that you explored the bunker, go back to the car and turn on the light
this will blow a fuse.. exchange fuse 7 with fuse #6
