Once again, the heightened adrenaline from having come so close to death in a recent room full of ceiling turrets combined with an already itchy trigger finger, and the outcome was the accidental death of yet another innocent Bio-Tech. Of course, after Blake cleans out the rest of the enemy forces on this floor of the Institute, there won't exactly be anyone around to pin this crime on him, either..

Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold is a first person shooter game developed by JAM Productions and published by Apogee Software in 1993 for DOS PCs, and would easily be considered one of the better "clones" of the original Wolfenstein 3D.

In the distant future, the evil Dr. Pyrus Goldfire has been twisting the STAR Institute, and the brilliant scientific minds it employs, toward the creation of genetically engineered mutants. With an army of monsters, Goldfire plans to take over the Earth.. unless Blake Stone, a British secret agent, can stop him!
