Floor 9 of Episode 2, played blind on expert difficulty, using the bstone source port. This includes the 2nd boss in the game, Acid Dragon, and is the final floor of episode 2.

Note - Occasional choppiness is due to the bstone source port. it has a better control scheme than the DOS version which is why I'm using it but the main drawback is that it can vary in performance and gets choppy when turning and strafing.
