Blaster Master: Blasting Again Game Sample - Playstation

Blaster Master... what can I say about the series? It's hard to put it into words adequately. Owning a vast majority of the series, I can say that the original game for the NES is classic (though the English plot is altered), Blaster Master 2 for Genesis is painful on a number of levels but not unplayable, Blaster Master: Enemy Below is a modest return to form, and I've never played Blaster Master Boy, but it's a bit of a Bomberman clone from my understanding.
And then there's this -- Blaster Master: Blasting Again. It takes the classic and adds another dimension to it, but how is it? Hmmm... not bad... not too shabby... or as the Fabled Panther King's Top Scientist from Conker's Bad Fur Day says: "Is kinda vurking!"
The game is easy enough to play and the premise is simple , though things quickly become very repetitve. The new cutscenes, spoken dialogue and new turn of events are decent and help move the story along and there are some nice visual effects here and there (such as when enemies try to shoot at you when you're underwater) but it gets kinda monotonous after a while. Enjoy.
