Blender 4.5 is Here - Best New Features Hands-On
Blender 4.5 has arrived, and the star of the show is the new Vulkan graphics backend. This should result in faster EEVEE rendering, faster shader compilation, faster scene loading and much more.
Vulkan isn't the only news though and some of it is bad. If you are using the COLLADA (dae) format or are using an Intel based Mac, 4.5 is the final version that will have support. Otherwise, it's all good news with several new geometry node, UI, compositor, animation and more improvements we discuss in this video.
