The Motion Capture Addon brings retargeting and motion editing to
Blender! Developed as part of Google Summer of Code 2011.

This video shows how retargeting uses the NLA system as a kind of layered animation system, and how to perform manual tweaks to retargeting.

Apologies for the dissolve in the middle (problems with screencast software), but I show how to perform the tweak again on the hips.
