This video was originally going to be called "A game I made on a budget of $0.00", but I know that'd probably lead to people complaining in the comments section. I spent a ton of time working on this game and nobody seems to care, so I decided to cut down some footage to just the parts that are interesting or funny. Hopefully it was worth it.
BLiNKS 3 was made entirely in Blender, as there was a game engine back in version 2.79 (and earlier). The base game (all the way up to the Benito race) took about 4 months to make. The rest of it (everything after the Benito race) was done over the course of almost 1.5-2 years. I rigged, animated and even modeled everything besides Mickey Mouse and Sonic (Sonic was going to have a rig, but the rig broke). This game unironically pushes BGE to the point of getting unstable/crashing at times due to how many light sources are in each map (I wanted them to be detailed in some way without making textures).
Currently, I have no plans to update the base game with any of the new content seen in this video, as it's too unstable due to there already being too much stuff. I'm probably going to make that stuff part of the sequel instead.
