He's a hunter. If he slaughters a few bandits or undead along the way, well that's just business, but it doesn't make him a mercenary. Those bandits won't be hunting his deer anymore, and those undead won't be hanging around all... creepy, anymore. Country boy needs to keep his ears open to the sound of opportunity knocking. If it comes in the form of knocking a few heads, so be it.
