For the lawyer, the agreement Cid made with the Federal Police is based on lies and must be annulled.

"The plea bargain must be overturned, if only to avoid creating a horrific precedent for the country. Cid's plea bargain is something that should not exist. He's a liar," said Cunha Bueno.
