Bomber Crew has been out since 2017 and is available on PC, Switch, PlayStation, and as you can see in this Gameplay, Xbox - and you should buy it.
I was initially put off by the cartoon look and sound of the game, but underneath that soft exterior is a rock-hard bomber management simulator that does it's subject justice, and hopefully encourage people who don't know much about the bombing campaigns of World War 2, to do a little research.
