Bomberman World: Planet Wind Area 4 (Vs. Cyclone Bomber!)
3In Area 2-4. which is Stage 4 of Planet Wind, Bomberman finally gets to face the one and only girl of the Dark Force Bombers: Cyclone Bomber!
"Cyclone Power!"
She will attack you with bombs the same way you can against her, but she's trickier than Earth Bomber in that she can spin like the cyclone that she is, and shoot out tornadoes that start off a tile away from he. This attack can happen fast and can likely get you hit and killed by it before you have much of a chance to react.
If she floats in the air, she will teleport. If you have the Bomb Glove, you can lay a bomb down, wait for it to almost explode before picking it up, and then throw it at Cyclone Bomber right after she reappears and walks around again.
Blast her enough times, and she'll pass out and retreat, and you're rewarded with a new Armor that you can use against whatever boss Cyclone's cooking up for you in Area 2-5.
"You'll be sorry!"
This Launcher Armor shoots out 2 bombs that automatically explode as soon as they hit the ground. If you charge up power, you can do the same thing, but with four bombs. None of these bombs will hit you just as long as you're not running forward into the same direction you fired them at.
This Armor is so good, it's a wonder why Cyclone didn't stay in it to use it on Bomberman...
