After Ranking the Bond movies, it felt like Ranking the Bond games was the next logical step I hope sometime next week, I'll be able to make the video that this one is replacing. It all comes down to timing. As for how I was introduced to these games, I'll go in order
Gameboy: I think it was a Watch Mojo.com video counting down the top 10 Bond games and this was number 10. Found it at a second hand video games store a while later and went from there
Goldeneye: I was an infant when this game came out, and it's been in my life for a good chunk of it. My Oldest Brother bought it new, and would invite my cousins over for frequent Deathmatches. One I remember he broadcasted it on 2 T.V.s and blocked it in such a way that only each team could see where they were going. I've heard people talk about "Screen cheating" but I did it all the time and no one cared.
Tomorrow Never Dies PS1: Found it at a Thrift store and played as much as I could. It was difficult as I didn't have a memory card. I did get one from a friend who no longer play playstation but moved onto playstation 2
Tomorrow Never Dies N64: This is a fun one as it was born out of TSWLM 64. One of the members wanted to improve their skills to help out with TSWLM 64. So they created this project to harness their skills. Also got a few other people together to fill in the gaps, like music and model work. I was honored to play test it a few times but I stayed out of helping. This was their project, and I wanted it to stay that way.
The World is Not Enough N64: Found this at a second hand Video game store, and was amazed I somehow missed it! One of the main complaints is that the game is not saved on the cartridge, but rather to memory cards, which I've found unreliable.
The World is Not Enough PS1: A Cousin had this one, but it took a long time to get the name of it. Found it years later at a second hand video game store.
Agent Under Fire: The Wii just came out, and people were giving away gamecube stuff like crazy. As the Wii was backwards compatible, I bought up all I could find. I was hoping to find Nightfire, but until that day, I picked this one up. It was even more interesting as I never played it at that point.
Nightfire: My Sister had this game for the PS2 but when she left the house I needed to find my own version. Picked it up for Gamecube after Agent Under Fire. She might have bought it brand new.
Everything or Nothing: This game was bought brand new for my Sister's PS2. About a year later she gave me the strategy guide for Christmas. Lot of fond memories with this one. Tag teaming the cooperative story, and attempting all those Platinum Medals. It wasn't until many years later when I bought it on Gamecube I finished the Platinum run. Nothing for the Cooperative side of things, that's way too intimidating!
Goldeneye Rogue Agent: Years later no one knew what to get me for Christmas, so I got all kind of gift cards for a second hand video game store. It was at that store I picked up the other Bond games I missed. This and From Russia with Love were part of that purchase.
Goldeneye Wii: Ever since the Wii Shop channel, we all awaited for Goldeneye to be released. 2 Years later we heard that we would get better than that. Goldeneye updated with modern graphics. Bought it Brand new, and was disappointed it was a Remake and not a Remaster. It's a great first person shooter for the Wii but a bad Bond game. Bought this one brand new.
007 Legneds: It was a game I wanted to see but it took me a long time to track down a copy and play it. With all the bad press the game got, I was surprised how much fun I had with it. Felt more polished than Goldeneye Wii.
