In this episode, I compare the modded items.tbl with the original file. (As well as getting more than a little confused due to the Steam version's file being multi-lingual, which the modded one isn't, and WinMerge can't tell the difference between English and... well, pretty much everything else. Boo!) This should give you an idea as to the extent of the modification you can expect.
