Mixed martial arts is becoming increasingly popular and it's spreading around the forces world.

In Cyprus this week, they're holding an MMA boot camp at RAF Akrotiri introducing personnel to the sport.

The station has recently bought new equipment to boost training, our reporter Carla Prater went to meet some of the soldiers grappling with a new set of skills.
