Game is running at 1280x720, all settings maximum, including PhysX Effects High, 16xAF, No FXAA, VSync Off, Framerate is set to Unlimited.

Cel shading (Cartoon rendering) is removed via .ini edit.

Many tweaks implemented into this video. Including sun shafts, disabled texture streaming, distortion, etc.

However, removing cel shading does not completely remove all of them, it only removes the edge of objects. Cel shading baked into textures are not affected by this tweak.
