From POST (Power-on self-test) to Starting Windows screen: 20.5 seconds (-19.5!)
From Starting Windows screen to desktop: 22 seconds (+4.0!)
Total: 42.5 seconds (-13.5!)

The rig is running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit with all updates.

I used No-GUI boot in msconfig, so the Starting Windows will turn black screen until I reach the desktop.

I "tricked" the SATA mode to AHCI in BIOS setup so it won't crash on startup.
