In this video guide I will show you what to look for when finding Zer0's targets of opportunity. Now These are also located under challenges, make sure to check each new area to see if there is one. Then simply uncover the whole map before leaving it. You will find it, if you do it this way. Also making your overall progress less grindy. Make sure the whole map is cleared of blackened out areas. As long as you clear every area's challenges as you go, you will get this as you complete the story. With no need to back track too much other than mission purposes.

Now you will know when you are in the area of one when Zer0 starts talking to you about taking someone out for him. Once that happens start looking for a named enemy to kill.
