Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Part 17: Helping those With No Guns
So, after my little rant about fire weapons (that I haven’t stopped thinking about), we then continue to work on these side missions. I think we had left off trying to set a bunch of people on fire (which, even with the fact that we are in outer space, I think I still manage to get done) before moving onto a rather interesting mission. We get contacted by some sort of group that needs us to deliver fifty common based weapons (those being the white-colored weapons). Now, I have already complained about Borderlands loot system in both the first and second game and, even in this game, I find it to be a little overwhelming. It isn’t hard to find a crap-ton of weapons but, it is hard to find actually decent weapons that are improvements on the ones that I already have. As much as I would love for them to fix this loot system, I guess missions like this do help out by allowing us to throw away weapons we don’t need which wouldn’t be a problem if not for the fact that I can only carry 30 weapons at max. That means I will more than likely have a hard time carry the junk weapons that I need for this mission as well as decent weapons/weapons that I want to keep. On top of that, there is also the Grinder to consider (I don’t think we’ve seen it at this point in the walkthrough so I’ll talk more about it later but I thought I should at least mention it here, as to not forget it). If they are going to have missions that make us pick up weapons we wouldn’t usually do (like crappy commons), then they should’ve at least give us a larger bag (if not a bag with infinite spaces so I don’t have to worry about carry is all).
