Happy Pikmin 4 day! This is one of the most iconic themes in the series, the boss battle theme introduced in Pikmin 2 and that has been used ever since. This song, much like other Pikmin songs, is very dynamic: it has a base theme that can be interrupted with a short jingle when the boss makes an attack. There are 4 "minor" attack patterns and 1 "major" attack pattern. For the sake of my sanity and making the music more listenable, I decided to only cover the major attack, which happens at the end of the 2nd loop.
The song itself was relatively easy to arrange, fortunately. Ironically the most difficult part was the attack jingle and the ending.
