9Long ago there was a God of War who hunted dragons. He was the son of Gwyn, heir to lightning, and a powerful warrior.
One day, he decided to stop hunting dragons. He thought he could befriend them instead, and cooperate with the few that were left. His father didn't share the same ideology so he fled Anor Londo to find his own path. His father, outraged at this betrayal, struck his son's name from history and ordered anything with his face on it to be destroyed, effectively erasing his existence.
Gwyn's son wandered the lands for a while before finding a home for himself. He was recognized as a God by most he met on his journey, and a mad king by others. Eventually he succeeded in his quest. He found a way to not only tame, but befriend a Storm Drake. The two rode into many battles together until they found Archdragon Peak, and made it a true home for themselves.
The Nameless King, Gwyn's son, had proved his father wrong. He had a new home based on his own ideologies and was happy. He no longer sought out battles, but made himself available. If ever there was trouble in Archdragon Peak, one need only ring the great bell of the Belfry and they would arrive to protect their home...
