Botany Manor Chapter 3: Pixie Tears and Wolfglove
0Simplified walkthrough below. In this video, we explore the Orchard, Cider Garden, find the Priest Hole and fix the Orangery stairs. Then, we grow Pixie Tears and Wolfglove.
Pixie Tears
Seed: Wooden shed in the orchard 5:50
Clues: Pot notes (orchard shed), microscope slides and Chroloblasts book (orchard covered porch, near microscope), cider apples poster and apple blending chart (cider garden covered area, through door in the corner of main orchard).
How to grow: Fill pot with soil, place seed, water. Take pot to cider garden, place in saucer near the press. According to the soil additives, we need 97g of sugar. Take these apples and place on the press: Knobbly Russet (40g), Catβs Head (30g), Merlinβs Mist (27g). Flip the lever to crush the apples. (Achievement: Pixie Tears) 31:13
Wolfglove
Seed: Broken staircase after orchard. Access via secret passage in the kitchen pantry. Use the date on the manor plans by placing the weights 1593, (in that order, left to right) on the scale to open it. (Achievement: History Sleuth) 16:53
Clues: Nursery rhyme (table as you enter orchard), letter from builder (table near covered porch, on the way to the tower), letter about Alps and envelope with stamp (table, upper floor of Orangery), Alpine weather (across potting table outside Orangery), wind research (near potting table outside Orangery), coin collection (bottom of broken staircase)
How to grow: Fill pot with soil, place seed, water. For the Weisserhorn wind speed of 40, we use the wind research 5/6 for 40. Take the pot to the tower and place it on saucer. Use lever to climb to 1st floor. Open half the window. Skip second floor, and open 3rd and 4th floor windows. Climb to the 5th floor (Achivement: Mountaineer) and back down to the 4th. The flower blooms while at the 4th floor window. (Achievement: Wolfglove) 37:25
