A while back I saw a video of a Japanese player do this sort of thing. I didn't think too much of it at the time, as I knew of the whole Trial of the Sword out of bounds thing, and I'd done some shield clipping into shrines, but not in the TotS. But then I decided to try it out and it was loads of fun.

You'll notice in Underground Floor 23, after defeating all enemies, I got my skew on a tree root, but then realized it looked like a weak skew. So I reset it by landing on the shield on a flat surface and used the tree root again. That time I was quite satisfied with the skew and it proved to be good through that and the other walls I clipped through.

Turns out the Middle Trials are easier, especially starting out, if you already have the gear from the Final Trials. The Beginning Trials are a joke with all that gear. Still, it was a fun (and somewhat lengthy) experiment. Now the real trial will be to do this in Master Mode! Maybe I'll do that one of these days...

You'll notice that I edited out all the loading screens between rooms and at the beginning and end and whatnot, all for your viewing convenience.

Credit for the shield clipping goes to those who discovered it. Those gamers who come up with all this stuff are awesome!

Oh, and we all know Nintendo owns Breath of the Wild. I just own a copy of the game and play it too much.
