***EDIT*** Although I still feel like this game is not worth investing time in playing through. A fellow watcher/commenter pointed out that it was note worthy that this was one of the first games to use mouse aiming to shoot. And I have to say it's something I overlooked! And it was indeed also novel to have the player have to clear tombs, in order to progress. Instead of your classic kill everything then you are done ***EDIT***
Good gods. This is rather awful. From the annoying victory tune played each time to kill a monster. To the horrendous level design. There are seemingly no redeeming qualities to this game.
Got lost in the sea of stair cases and myriad of keys you need in order to progress. I was left spinning in circles attempting to find my way around the sea "obstacles" that litter the level. Trees, dead people impaled on spikes and the odd stone pillar.
I managed to do this entire video without even once getting hit. The enemies are slow and apparently none of them have any ranged abilities. And enemies only require a single shot each to kill. No combat challenge, and the needle in a haystack maze of hell is no better.
Do yourself a favor and just watch this video is you miss this game so bad. :P Or download it and make your own decision. :)
