Bram the Toymaker | Full Game Walkthrough | No Commentary
752023 has begun and we have our very first horror game to start things off with! Bram the Toymaker is a short, but solid horror game where you explore a creepy, old house. You can sense the presence of the sinister Toymaker and have to complete various puzzles in order to escape. Though the puzzles are simple, I did like that the creators did not fall back on the typical "find 8 items before the monster gets you" trope. The puzzles felt more like escape room puzzles with sliding panels into place and though I am usually not a big fan of these types of puzzles, the difficulty of them was good enough to where it did not become frustrating. The game also has a secret ending and wow! I definitely did not expect that ending, so make sure you watch until the end! There were some good scares in there as well and overall I had a nice time with it. It's a great way to start off the year!
