Brampton drivers, let's talk speed cameras! 🚨 You know Brampton's got a reputation for aggressive driving, red light runners, and the highest insurance rates in Ontario. So, the city went ALL IN on speed cameras. But are they actually working?

I've paid my share of tickets (you know, when my phone gets "heavy" 😉), and while it stings, these cameras actually changed my driving behavior. I'm talking car beeps, Waze alerts, and staying barely 5 over (sometimes 10 under!). The goal is to change behavior, and for me, it worked!

But there's a huge petition to get rid of them, claiming they disproportionately hurt low-income families. Is that really the case, or is it just people who don't follow the rules complaining? I break down why I think we need to keep these cameras, even if they're annoying. You can appeal tickets, get payment plans, or even reduced fees if you truly can't afford it.
