You didn't think I had given up on this, did you?

I am not diving head-on into the speedrun yet, there is still some planning to do. Since the first segment doesn't affect any of the rest of the game I decided to get it out of the way now though.

The real-time improvement here is about 1:35. The time saved comes from

-Assimilating gunshot early to skip the bridge cutscene (thanks to feel2c and someone else who pointed this out but whose name escapes me)
-Using Gunshot on the statues (pointed out by several people)
-Good random soldier positioning for the Lumina toss-n-grab
-Using Gunshot and Lumina Rotation on Steam Knight, lucky OHKO in the final section thanks to random variance in the damage (discovered by me)

Also, some minor optimizations and more precise playing in the platforming sections.

I am still somewhat disappointed in this segment. The second stage of the Steam Knight battle did not go well at all. I got this run after less than an hour of attempts, but I knew I could do better. 5-6 hours later I could push the Steam Knight back in record time, but could never get the final Lumina Rotation to finish him off. If it doesn't work, you have to wait for him to swing his ball and jump at least one more time before finishing him off. The best time I could get on subsequent attempts was about 1.5 seconds slower, despite the rest of the fight being just about perfect.

It is no secret that some games use the in-game timer as a seed for generating random numbers, and in my soul-crushing frustration I decided that it was impossible to have all rounds of the Steam Knight battle go perfectly. I may investigate this further and post a revised segment later if I think it is warranted.

I hope you enjoy the video anyway despite being a few seconds slow, and look forward to the finished product :D
