Not an Auto battle per se, but an actual one turn kill. Strategy is based on Exentryk's video, found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZxnXAy0raE.
First, the Red Mage uses Poison to build BP for the Dark Knights, which then use Drain and Rage to attack 10 times for heavy damage. Due to Lucifer being Aerial, it is best to use Bows.

If you want an actual Auto strategy, as in to not put in commands during the fight itself, you cannot use this: Rage will only go off once. What you CAN do, however, is exchange the Red Mage for a Spiritmaster with Miscillenary, equip Hasten World and Strength +30% on him and remove all AGI increasing gear, going fully for damage. Next exchange BP Recovery on the Dark Knights for Speed +10%. Now just queue Examine + Stillness on the Spiritmaster and Drain + Rage on the Dark Knights. Lucifer falls in 3 turns.
